Nathan is one of the founders of DecodeTech. He holds a PhD in law and is a researcher at the Perelman Centre for Legal Philosophy (Université libre de Bruxelles) where he studies the history and current rise of algorithmic profiling devices. More broadly, his interests include philosophy and theory of law, and the impact of digital technologies on the way society is regulated.
