Milène is a PhD researcher at the Department of Public Law of the University of Geneva. She studied international relations and law and worked in the fields of legislation and data protection for the Swiss Federal administration. She is particularly interested in the different types of norms that regulate society and how AI techniques are transforming various sectors of it.
